If you need to reserve 2 or more tables for your group, please review the following:

Book Clubs

We require either a minimum order of 5 books for the club OR a minimum tab amount as noted below.

  • 5-10 people – a prepaid tab of at least $10 per attendee.
  • 10-15 people – a prepaid tab of at least $8 per attendee.

Small Group Event

We require a minimum purchase amount to reserve tables; in addition, depending on the space needed, there may be an hourly fee.

  • 5-15 people for 2 hours – a tab or catering purchase of at least $13 per person*
  • 15-20 people – a tab or catering purchase of at least $13 per person plus a fee of $45/hour*
  • 20-30 people – a tab or catering purchase of at least $10 per person and a fee of $45/hour*
  • 35+ – please email us at events@epiloguebookcafe.com for individual group pricing. *

*If you need the space outside our regular business hours we can definitely work with you. Just let us know.

Special Events

Open-to-the-public poetry readings, trivia nights, and the like do not have a charge for the event host.

Damage Deposit

Small group and Special events, such as comedy shows, open mics/music, and small socials, will require a damage deposit of $200. This will be returned to the event host at the close of the event after inspection.

Space Rental

Did you know you can rent out our entire store for a private event? Our space is perfect for small receptions, private parties, & galas or fundraisers!
